DR. LITIN -- SON OF WINNING COLORS
Sunday, June 15, 2008
Winning Colors was an American Hall of Fame Champion. One of only three fillies to ever win the Kentucky Derby, she was also special to trainer Wayne Lukas being the first of four horses that would take him to the Derbys winner circle during his career. Her style primarily was to break fast and race to the lead. With winnings of over $1,500,000 she was a champion in every way. Dr. Litin is her only son at stud. With his dams looks and pedigree giving him credentials to be an outstanding sire, we sit and wait at our farm, as his offspring begin to hit the race tracks. Dr. Litin is a lovely individual with wonderful temperament and conformation. CONGRATULATIONS to Larry Hillis and his Dr. Litin son Unknown Doctor for their win last week at Emerald Downs!
